Technical Features for Extreme Environments

1. Low-Temperature Tolerant Materials

For freezers below -20°C, we utilize Q355D low-temperature steel (or equivalent ASTM standards). This material retains its toughness and impact strength where standard Q235 steel would become brittle.

2. Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment

All components undergo shot blasting followed by electrostatic epoxy powder coating. For wet areas or food-grade facilities, we offer hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) to prevent rust from condensation and washdowns.
